OUR COMPANY
Kin Lap Glass Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated as a private limited
company in 2019 under the Companies Act. Our founder, Kin Lap
Aluminium and Glass Work, has been in the glass industry for over 15
years, providing high-quality glass products and services to homes and
commercial establishments. Headquartered in Perak, Malaysia, Kin Lap
Glass has built a reputation for delivering safe, durable, and
aesthetically pleasing aluminium frame and glass solutions tailored to
meet the diverse needs of our clients.
Our Services
Providing preliminary design and costing services to assist Architects and Quantity Surveyors in
defining their requirements, exploring design options, and establishing accurate project
budgets.
Offering detailed design services, including the creation of shop drawings, fabrication
drawings, Bill of Material (BOM) preparation, and Professional Engineer (PE) calculations to
ensure precise project execution.
Providing fabrication and installation services, complemented by rigorous quality assurance
processes at the factory and thorough quality control and assurance at the site.
Carrying out defect rectification and maintenance works to ensure optimal performance and
longevity of the project.
